The Board of Directors of the Autonomous Lugano Istituti Sociali opens a public competition (valid for 2025) for the appointment of capireparto under the Organic Regulation of Collaborators (ROCIS) of the Autonomous Lugano Istituti Sociali (LIS) and the tender. The Board of Directors may attribute nominations (art. 5 and ss. ROCIS) and stable function assignments (art. 11 and ss. ROCIS) internally. Positions are open to both female and male candidates. This competition remains open even in the absence of an effective personnel need. General requirements, those provided by ROCIS, and specifically: - Swiss citizenship or foreign nationals with a work permit; - impeccable conduct; - physical and mental health; - suitability for the function. Special requirements: - nursing diploma in general care SSSCI or SUP or equivalent title; - Advanced Studies SUPSI degree in healthcare management DAS GES or commitment to undertake specific training and obtain it within agreed-upon times; - ability to lead personnel, organizational, coordination, and control skills; - sensitivity in relational approach with the elderly person; - ease of interpersonal communication and strong relational skills; - knowledge of the RAI management tool. General responsibilities for the sociosanitary sector: Manage, participate in, or personally provide care to guests at the Elderly Homes and the Day Therapeutic Center of the Autonomous Lugano Istituti Sociali based on work programs, contingent needs, and priorities defined by superiors, according to the training received and the function assigned. Annual salary - Class XIII (capireparto), classes 14-15-16 class 14: min CHF 80'716.20 / max CHF 95'245.15 class 15: min CHF 85'180.10 / max CHF 100'512.50 class 16: min CHF 91'051.35 / max CHF 107'440.45 Within the aforementioned possibilities of remuneration, previous activity may be recognized if conforming to this tender, assigning one or more years of service.
