Job description
A foreman is required to manage a 160-hectare ecological and regenerative farm in Caspe (Zaragoza). The selected person will oversee all stages of cultivation, organize work teams, and coordinate subcontractors. They will also be responsible for the use of digital tools, as well as the maintenance and supervision of the correct functioning of machinery and equipment. Among the necessary requirements are Compulsory Secondary Education, a driver's license and own vehicle, a qualified pesticide applicator license, and a forklift license. Experience in the operation and maintenance of tractors, equipment, and pressurized irrigation systems, as well as a minimum of five years as a farm manager overseeing crops and people, is especially valued. The offer is for a permanent full-time contract, with adaptable working hours depending on the season (winter/summer). The salary range is between 25,000 and 30,000 euros gross per year.
