The Fondation de Nant organizes all public psychiatric care for the East of Vaud. It assumes a public health mission at the request of the State of Vaud. Its care services are open to everyone, children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly living in the districts of Aigle, Lavaux-Oron, and Riviera-Pays-d’Enhaut. They are provided by Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Educators, and other mental health professionals. The Fondation de Nant is a member of the Fédération des Hôpitaux Vaudois (FHV), the umbrella organization for Vaud regional hospitals recognized as being of public interest. It also forms part of the Réseau Santé Haut-Léman, which brings together health partners from the Riviera and Pays-d’Enhaut with those from the Vaud and Valais Chablais regions. Attached to psychoanalysis by its history, the Fondation de Nant currently recognizes itself in its contemporary developments. The resulting clinical vision is reflected in its practices, its training, and its openness to other approaches.

THE MISSION

Coordinate the medical, clinical, and organizational activities of the adult or elderly psychiatry team, ensure the supervision of resident and intern doctors, as well as coordinate care with external networks and relatives.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A person holding a recognized medical degree (foreign degree with MEBEKO recognition), nearing completion of the FMH title in psychiatry. We are looking for someone motivated by the Foundation's institutional project, who has the ability to engage in a relational process, enjoys interdisciplinary work, and possesses great autonomy.
