Candidate QS - Consulting Industry
Job description
RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established Quantity Surveying Consulting Firm in the Western Cape, is currently seeking a qualified Candidate Quantity Surveyor who can join their team in Cape Town as soon as possible and contribute positively towards the success of their projects.
Requirements:
- BSc (Hons) degree in Quantity Surveying
- 2-3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying environment
- Candidate QS registration with SACQSP
- Proficiency in WinQS and MS Office especially MS Excel
- Proficient in taking off quantities from drawings and converting into bills of quantities
- Experience in tender analysis/comparison and compilation of tender reports
- Experience in the assessment of works on site and concluding monthly valuations
- Experience in preparing and agreeing final accounts
