What You’ll Do Source, engage, and follow up with students, graduates, and experienced professionals interested in our coaching and events. We’re looking for someone who can build relationships, identify potential candidates, and drive the recruitment process forward. What You’ll Need To Apply Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools.
