Hands-on experience with Canadian hiring practices, job portals, and sourcing techniques. Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Experience working with W2, C2C, and full-time hiring models (as applicable). Knowledge of Canadian labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook. Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
