Campaign Operations Analyst & Coordinator

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, project coordination or B2B services
• Analytical thinking and orientation towards structure
• Comfortable with processes, rules, and clear deliverables
• Good communication and relationship-building skills with clients
• Very good at organization, prioritization, and documentation
• Able to manage multiple projects in parallel

• Analyze client requirements and promotional campaign mechanics
• Preliminary preparation of campaigns based on standard flows and procedures
• Coordinate the execution of campaigns, from launch to closure
• Manage deliverables related to campaigns
• Monitor volumes, terms, and operational indicators
• Manage operational relationships with clients
• Identify opportunities for extending OPS services based on real client needs
• Contribute to offering and presenting OPS services, in collaboration with the internal team
