Tasks

Holistic campaign management:

• You are responsible for the planning, control, monitoring and optimization of campaigns. This includes various DSPs, especially Google DV360, Google Ads and Meta.

Close exchange with the customer service team:

• In order to get the maximum out of our campaigns, you work closely with our Account Management team. Together you develop customer-oriented recommendations for action that lead the campaigns to success.

Team support and process optimization:

• Your contribution to the continuous improvement of internal processes, tools and reporting through professional exchange is indispensable. You actively contribute to constantly optimizing the quality of our campaign management.

Expansion of the consulting and service portfolio:

• With an eye for new market and technology developments, you continuously expand our consulting and service portfolio. Your innovative spirit creates real added value for our customers and sets us apart from the competition.

Qualification

Well-founded training:

• You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree, ideally in a technical or economic field.

Experience in online and performance marketing:

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in online or performance marketing, ideally in the programmatic area

Passion for numbers and analyses:

• You love working with numbers, have a strong analytical mind, are very confident in MS Excel and are proficient in functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP.

Experience with various DSPs:

• You have basic knowledge for the planning, control, monitoring and optimization of campaigns. This includes various DSPs, including DV360, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Amazon. You can already use the Google DSPs well.

Basic knowledge of Google Lookerstudio:

• Google Lookerstudio is not a foreign word for you, because you already know some tricks to present the data clearly.

Structured and goal-oriented working style:

• Your way of working is structured, goal-oriented and independent. With your hands-on mentality, high self-motivation and strong team spirit, you successfully drive projects forward.

Language skills:

• Business fluent German in spoken and written form as well as fluent English.
