Job description
Our client, an important sports gaming house, is looking for a Campaign Execution Specialist to join their team. Key Resonsabilities As a Campaign Execution Specialist you will have to: Deal directly & manage effectively all customer queries regarding promotions & bonuses Handle complaints and provide solutions related to bonuses Monitor and evaluate the activity of customers Provide accurate information regarding company's promotions Handle daily promotions for both Online Sportsbook and Casino Handle and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution of campaigns Ensure that all campaigns are executed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure that all campaigns are aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals Ensure that all campaigns are executed in a timely and efficient manner Monitor and report on the performance of campaigns and make recommendations for future improvements Provide support to the marketing team as needed to ensure the success of campaigns
