Camp Manager Eswatini | Luxury Game Lodge | Salary R35,000 – R45,000 Negotiable DOE | Live-In Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Camp Manager to oversee all operations at a luxury game lodge in Eswatini. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, maintain high operational standards, and lead a professional and motivated team across all departments. Key Responsibilities: Operations & Staff Management Supervise all departments: Food & Beverage, Reception, Guiding, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing budgets, inventory, and supplies Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention Collaborate with the lodge's management team to achieve operational goals and objectives Manage and develop a diverse team of staff members, including training, coaching, and performance evaluations Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and open communication Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including health and safety standards.
