For a well-known French-style Bistro in the Prati area (Rome), we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress. The person will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing orders (with advice on the menu and wines), table service (bringing food and drinks), preparing/tidying the dining room (mise en place, cleaning), acting as a liaison between the kitchen and customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
