Obicà QUALCOSA SU DI NOI: Obicà Mozzarella Bar è il nostro progetto di ristorazione italiana che mette al centro della proposta gastronomica la Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP. Il primo Obicà nasce a Roma nel maggio del 2004 e da quell'anno abbiamo iniziato ad espanderci non solo nelle principali città italiane, ma anche oltre i confini nazionali: da New York a Tokyo, passando da capitali europee come Londra.
