CASTELFALFI is seeking and selecting WAITER/WAITRESS AT FLOORS Join our team at Castelfalfi! Located in the heart of Tuscany, Castelfalfi combines history, nature, and authentic hospitality. The Business Units that form part of the project are precisely those related to tourist-receptive luxury, agricultural, and residential development. At the center of our project is hospitality, carefully curated in every detail to offer unforgettable experiences in a unique setting. Now we are looking for a Waiter/Waitress at Floors who can provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality customer service, be able to work effectively as part of a team, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional service to guests in the restaurant and bar areas; • Ensure that all guests have an unforgettable dining experience; • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals; • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and organization; • Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding results. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required; • 1-2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting; • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; • Ability to work effectively as part of a team; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; • Ability to lift up to 25 kg (55 lbs) occasionally.
