Required qualifications - Experience in managing the dining room - Knowledge of wines and ability to advise customers - Minimum knowledge of English language - Good relational skills and attention to customer - Reliability, punctuality, and predisposition to teamwork Main tasks - Welcoming clients - Serving tables - Communication with the kitchen - Management of mise en place - Maintenance of restaurant quality standards Schedule and availability - Availability for lunch and dinner - 1 day off per week - Sunday: only lunch service Type of contract - Insertion with stable employment - Professional and dynamic work environment - Opportunity for internal growth The search is open to both sexes (d.lgs. n. 198/2006).
