Part-time Breakfast Server - HNH Hospitality

Hosco The Best Western CTC Verona, located in San Giovanni Lupatoto and proud member of the HNH HOSPITALITY group, is looking for a part-time (36h) breakfast server dedicated to serving breakfast. What you will be responsible for: You will be responsible for managing every aspect of the morning restaurant service, ensuring maximum quality standards: - Mise en place: Preparation and setting up tables and buffet according to brand standards. - Cleaning: Constant care and hygiene of the dining area and equipment, ensuring a always tidy and welcoming environment. - Welcome and Service: Managing guest flow, welcoming guests upon arrival, and providing constant support to meet every need during breakfast. - Reset: Activity of clearing and preparing the dining area for subsequent shifts. Who we are looking for: To ensure perfect integration into the role, candidates must possess: Specific experience in restaurant service of at least one year, preferably gained in 4-star hotels or international chains Familiarity with mise en place procedures and buffet management for business guests Attention to detail regarding cleanliness and order of workspaces Residence or domicile in the areas surrounding San Giovanni Lupatoto (Verona).
