The resource will be responsible for both serving in the dining room for classic lunches and dinners, and operational support during catering events. Main responsibilities: •⁠ ⁠Welcome and serve guests in the dining room, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction •⁠ ⁠Support the catering team during events, providing assistance with food and beverage service •⁠ ⁠Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service •⁠ ⁠Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently •⁠ ⁠Maintain a positive and professional attitude, providing excellent customer service at all times •⁠ ⁠Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge •⁠ ⁠Perform other duties as required, in accordance with the needs of the business
