Professional Waitress

Who we are looking for: A professional, dynamic waitress passionate about quality hospitality for our historic and renowned masseria. Requirements: High school diploma or professional qualification, preferably in hotel management/restaurant services. Previous and proven experience in the role in similar contexts or high-level restaurants. Excellent customer care, neat appearance, and excellent communication skills. Knowledge of table service techniques. What we offer: Fixed-term contract, part-time or full-time to be agreed upon during the interview. Work start date expected for September 1st. Remuneration commensurate with experience, ranging from €800 to €1,500. One guaranteed day of rest per week. Work environment in a luxury masseria, with international guests.
