The resource, reporting directly to the Floor Housekeeper, will be responsible for the following activities:

• Cleaning, tidying, and organizing rooms and common areas, in compliance with the establishment's quality standards.
• Daily room service, including changing linens and carefully and discreetly arranging guest belongings.
• Performing turn-down service in the evening.
• Checking the condition of rooms upon guest departure, verifying inventory and amenities.
• Compiling the daily report and constant communication with the Floor Housekeeper to ensure efficient and punctual service.
