Location: Cambodia

Salary: USD 6,000-7,000 + Commission

We are seeking a Capital Formation Manager to drive fundraising initiatives for our client's landmark coastal mega-project in Cambodia. The role focuses on securing commitments from institutional investors, family offices, and UHNWIs, managing relationships from first contact through to final close.

• Lead and execute fundraising strategies for current and future funds/projects.
• Build and manage a regional investor network (LPs, pension funds, endowments, family offices, UHNWIs).
• Maintain an active pipeline through CRM and act as the primary investor contact.
• Prepare and refine fundraising materials (pitch decks, PPMs, DDQs, financial models).
• Deliver presentations showcasing strategy and opportunities in Cambodian real estate.
• Manage investor due diligence, documentation, and inquiries.
• Partner with legal/finance teams to close commitments.
• Track global market trends to keep offerings competitive.
• Provide investor feedback to senior leadership and report on fundraising progress.

• 5-7+ years in capital raising, investor relations, or business development in finance/investments.
• Background in investment banking (ECM, DCM) or similar institutional-facing roles preferred.
• Proven record raising capital for private equity, real estate, or alternative funds.
• Established relationships with institutional investors, family offices, and UHNWIs a strong advantage.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; able to communicate complex structures clearly.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, PowerPoint, and Excel.
