Main responsibilities: * Attending and serving customers at breakfast, both in the dining room and on terraces or assigned spaces. * Providing room service, ensuring punctuality, presentation, and attention to detail. * Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations. * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. * Participating in ongoing training and quality control initiatives to improve performance and customer satisfaction. * Adapting to changing circumstances and priorities, while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor. * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for. * Maintaining confidentiality regarding hotel operations, guests, and staff information. * Performing other duties as required by the hotel's management team.
