We're looking for a waiter/waitress in Barcelona Yurbban Passage Hotel & Spa. A position focused on offering a nearby and professional service at the table and bar, contributing to a well-cared-for and memorable gastronomic experience for our guests.

Responsabilidades:

• Attend to clients in the dining area and bar, offering a nearby, professional, and aligned service with the Yurbban experience.
• Taking orders and serving drinks and plates, ensuring quality, times, and presentation.
• Advising clients on the menu, wines, and cocktails, resolving doubts and making recommendations.
• Ppreparing and maintaining a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after service.
• Collaborating with the kitchen and dining team to ensure a fluid and coordinated service.
• Managing payments and using the TPV system when necessary.
• Complying with hygiene, food safety, and internal hotel procedures.
• Contributing to creating a cozy atmosphere and a memorable experience for the client.

Requisitos:

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in mid-range to high-end hotels or restaurants.
• A clear orientation towards clients and a vocation of service.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure during peak hours.
• A high level of Spanish and medium-level English; other languages are valued.
• Basics knowledge of mixology and wines, valuable.
• Flexibility in scheduling and availability to work rotating shifts.
• A responsible, organized, and detail-oriented person.
