To comply at all times with quality standards and to pay special attention to customer service, ensuring that the presentation of food and beverages is correct before delivering them to customers, in order to ensure the satisfaction of guests and customers, obtaining their recognition and preference for the Hotel's services.

Functions:

• Customer service at the table.
• Carry out and ensure compliance with the instructions of your immediate supervisor regarding tasks and duties assigned before and at the end of the shift.
• Verify that you have all the necessary equipment and supplies to provide service to the rooms and handle them properly to avoid breakage, waste, and loss.
• Consistently offer a friendly and respectful attitude to guests when delivering services in their rooms, always maintaining an impeccable posture and presentation.
• Prepare the service settings according to the established quality and presentation standards, verifying that all products are included, such as cutlery, salt shakers, napkins, sauces, dressings, etc.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position or 2 years as a waiter's assistant.
• Training in line with the position (Vocational Training, specialization courses, etc.).
• Competencies in teamwork, proactivity towards excellence, dynamism, and organization.
• High level of English is essential.
• Clear customer and detail orientation.
