Floor Host - (Balearic Islands)

To achieve this, we are looking for a Floor Host who will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the guest's stay are taken care of, from check-in to check-out. This includes providing information about the property, its history and culture, as well as recommending activities and experiences that align with our guests' interests. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English, and be able to work independently.
