Floor Maid - Reception

We are looking for a Floor Maid with reception functions for our client, a renowned Cantabrian hotel group, located in the province of Santander, southwestern area.

Functions:

• To carry out the cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and common areas, following established quality standards.
• To attend to guests' requests and ensure that their needs are met efficiently and pleasantly.
• To perform check-in and check-out procedures, as well as manage reservations and payments.
• To provide information on hotel services and tourist attractions in the area.
• To answer phone calls and manage hotel correspondence.
• To collaborate with the reception team to ensure an excellent experience for guests.

Required Profile:

• Prior experience in similar positions in the hotel sector.
• Knowledge of hotel room cleaning and maintenance standards.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Knowledge of reservation systems and cash handling.
• Availability to work rotating hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Residence in the province of Cantabria or willingness to relocate.
