As Camareiro(a) at Hotel das Cataratas, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, providing our guests with a comfortable and memorable experience. Your attention to detail and care in taking care of rooms and common areas will contribute to the excellence of our service.

Main responsibilities:

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to Belmond's established standards, ensuring each space is impeccable and welcoming.
• Restock necessary supplies, such as towels, hygiene products, and amenities, guaranteeing full satisfaction for guests.
• Report any maintenance or problem requests in the room to the immediate supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of guests at all times.
• Work in a team and collaborate with other departments to ensure hotel operations run smoothly.
• Participate in training sessions and team meetings for continuous improvement of services provided.

Requirements

Qualifications and requirements:

• High school diploma complete
• Prior experience as a chambermaid or similar roles is desirable
• Ability to work at an accelerated pace and manage time efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
