Job description

Ensure the organization and cleanliness of apartments and floors under your responsibility, guaranteeing the excellence standards required by the brand.

Cleanliness and arrangement of apartments during guest stay and after departure, including bed linen change, amenities replenishment, and corridor and elevator hall maintenance.
Organize and maintain the cleaning cart with necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
Perform checklist tasks, including maintenance items, mini-bar, and stationery, reporting any irregularities to the supervisor.
Manage lost and found items, guest laundry, and maintain the cleanliness of the service counter.
Register occupancy information and apply self-control processes for the area.
Store equipment, materials, and floor keys according to established procedures.
Perform other related tasks as required by the department.
