Job Title: CAM Engineer (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), AI Design Integration Location: Hyderabad Type: Full-Time Experience: 5 years About the Role We are seeking an experienced CAM/CNC expert with deep knowledge of CNC programming, machining strategies, and manufacturing processes. In this role, you will apply your expertise to develop, review, and optimize machining strategies, toolpaths, and CNC programs, ensuring technically accurate and production-ready solutions. What You'll Do ● Create and maintain computer-aided design (CAD) models and 3D models for various manufacturing processes, including milling, turning, and grinding. ● Develop and optimize machining strategies, toolpaths, and CNC programs using CAD/CAM software, such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-based design tools and algorithms into the CAM process, ensuring seamless integration and optimal results. ● Conduct thorough reviews of CNC programs, machining strategies, and manufacturing processes to ensure technical accuracy, production readiness, and compliance with industry standards. ● Develop and maintain a deep understanding of CNC programming languages, such as G-code or M-code, and their applications in various manufacturing processes. ● Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI-based design tools, CAD/CAM software, and manufacturing technologies to continuously improve CAM engineering skills and knowledge.
