Calypso Business Analyst

Our client is the corporate and investment banking arm of The Group, world's 12th largest bank by total assets. We work daily with international branches located in 30 markets by: Envisioning and preparing the Bank's futures information systems Partnering and supporting core banking flagships and transverse areas in their large scale development projects. Providing premium In-house Banking applications, This unique positioning empowers us to bring our core banking business a sustainable competitive advantage. We are looking for a Calypso Business Analyst who will be responsible for: * Analyzing and understanding the Bank's requirements and translating them into functional specifications for IT systems; * Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs; * Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors; * Providing expert-level support in the analysis, design, testing, and implementation of Calypso solutions; * Ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have: * Strong understanding of banking operations and processes; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities; * Strong communication and interpersonal skills; * Experience working with Calypso or similar systems; * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
