Sales Manager (m/f/d)

• Not a physically demanding job
• Fixed working hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
• Public holidays off
• No weekend work, no shift work
• Workstation with ergonomic equipment

Responsibilities

📍 Your Responsibilities

• Initial telephone conversations with potential clients (needs assessment)
• Scheduling appointments with potential clients for the consulting colleagues
• Follow-up with potential clients and support with offer tracking
• Entry and maintenance of customer data in the CRM system
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction and service quality

Qualifications

• Work experience in customer interaction (e.g., in gastronomy or retail)
• Enjoyment of customer contact by phone
• Persuasiveness (especially in sales or appointment scheduling)
• Quick comprehension
• Structured way of working, high self-motivation and goal orientation
