Job description
Flash Telemarekting GmbH is a Service Center located in Gommern, Oschersleben and Köthen. We telephone for various clients with a large sales share in inbound.
Tasks
- Telephone customer service and consulting
- Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Processing complaints and claims
- Acknowledging and processing orders and assignments
Qualification
- Good German language skills
- Pronounced communication skills
- Readiness to telephone and customer contact
- Teamwork ability and friendly demeanor
Benefits
5-day week
Unlimited employment contracts 20-40 hours per week
Also possible mini-job up to €603
Relatively free schedule allocation from Monday to Friday from 09:00-18:00 hours, Saturday 9-14 hours
Salary: €14.00/h + attendance premium + sales commission
