Callcenter - Employee

We are looking for communicative employees for the Sales- & Strategy Consulting department, who will support us in maintaining contact with interested parties, qualifying potential customers, and advising them specifically on their business goals. If you are motivated, have a pleasant way of communicating, and find it easy to win people over, then you're exactly right with us!

No sales experience? No problem! Even as an outsider, you're warmly welcome here. With our digital onboarding process on our training platform, you'll learn everything you need for this job – completely without prior knowledge in sales.

Tasks

Task areas & Details

• Phone acquisition of potential new customers
• Conducting free initial conversations for needs analysis
• Making phone contact with existing contacts from our system
• Advising and preparing our interested parties for further conversations

Qualification

Job requirements:

• Persuasiveness and a clear, pleasant way of expression
• Motivation to learn sales from scratch
• Able to follow existing processes and consistently implement them
• Fast comprehension and discipline
• Strong communication skills and a good sense for precise conversation guidance
• Ability to handle performance pressure in a sovereign manner
• A pleasant, calm, and trustworthy voice
• Clean and error-free written expression in German
