What will you do: Your role Your temporary summer job at our company starts as soon as possible, that is in June, and ends on September 1. First, you'll follow, together with a group of other new colleagues, our internal training at our office in Munich. In three weeks, you'll learn skills that will come in handy for you both here and in the rest of your career. Are you settled? Then you'll start working as the first point of contact for ANWB members who get stranded in German-speaking countries due to a breakdown or an accident. If someone calls us with a problem, you'll be the one they turn to for help. You'll provide them with information and support, ensuring that their journey continues smoothly. Your tasks will include answering phone calls, responding to emails, and providing assistance via chat.
