What will you do: Your role As a telephone helper, you will work at one of our specialized teams: vehicle assistance for our members, vehicle assistance for our business partners or personal assistance. Are you working at vehicle assistance for our members? Then you are the first point of contact for members who get stranded abroad with car trouble. You try to solve the problem together with the caller. If that doesn't work out? Then you'll call the foreign tow truck company...
