To strengthen our call center team in the long term, we are looking for genuine communication talents and "customer understanding". Your tasks: You will be the first point of contact for both customers and internal departments.
Focus of your activity is the telephone and written response to inquiries (by email, fax, or contact form).
Furthermore, you will support customers in processing online shop orders.

Special requests or inquiries will be forwarded to the responsible department.
Your qualification: You enjoy communicating with customers and are eager to learn about new topics.
High service orientation and advisory quality distinguish you.
You are confident in handling current PC/Office applications.
You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
