CALL CENTER OPERATORS/REPS INBOUND

Staff Spa, Magenta branch, is seeking for a company operating in consumer electronics and home appliances assistance: CALL CENTER OPERATORS/REPS INBOUND

We offer:

• Part Time 30 hours weekly, from Monday to Saturday, on shifts within the 08:00-20:00 time frame
• Inclusion at the 2nd level CCNL Telecomunications, €9.98 gross/hour and a ticket of €7 per day worked
• A temporary employment contract for 1 month, with prospects of continuity

The resources will be trained directly in the company and inserted into the team of call center inbound operators, with a focus on commercial aspects.

In detail, they will handle:

• Registering customers who have purchased home appliances
• Proposing additional insurance policies
• Upselling to existing customers

Requirements:

• Prior experience in outbound call center preferred
• Good predisposition for sales and strong commercial orientation
• Good computer skills and proficiency in using its main applications

Location: Cernusco Sul Naviglio (MI)
