• Main task: Maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Goal: Extend existing contracts through convincing personal contact.
• Highlight the value and added value of our offers and products.
• Communication with customers via inbound, outbound, email, chat, and letter.
• Satisfy customer expectations and address customer concerns.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent knowledge of the German language in writing and speaking. Good English skills are also an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build a stable trust relationship with our customers.
• A secure handling of common IT tools to navigate our internal systems, analyze customer data, and quickly recognize potential for customer retention.
• You bring a great affinity for sales and possess excellent negotiation skills to offer attractive deals.
