Call Center Agents for Telephone Surveys - Part-time Job from Home

We offer you a part-time job in telephone market research that you can do from home anywhere in Germany. You don't need any experience as a call center agent. If you want to earn an extra €603 per month from home, are communicative, and speak German very well, then we are looking for exactly you. The activity as an interviewer is well-suited for career changers.

What We Do

Through our telephone surveys, we give opinions a voice and ensure that they can be incorporated into the development of products or services and into public decisions. Market and opinion research aims to ask for opinions – but not to sell anything and not to advertise. It's about scientific studies.

Tasks

You will survey people by phone for reputable nationwide studies, including topics such as radio listening, quality of life, sustainability, travel and holiday behavior, and healthy eating.

If you enjoy making phone calls, want to survey people by phone using a given questionnaire, and have good German language skills, you can start with us as a call center agent or telephone interviewer in market and social research.

Qualifications

Good Call Center Agents or Telephone Interviewers have the following important qualities:

• Enjoy making phone calls and interacting with people
• A friendly and pleasant telephone voice
• Clear and articulate pronunciation
• Confident demeanor on the phone
• Flexibility, team spirit, reliability, and commitment
• Careful and precise way of working
• Good PC skills
• The part-time job as an interviewer is well-suited for career changers.
• You should live in Germany.
• At least 18 years old

Since you are performing this task as part of a part-time job, a residence permit (only for non-EU citizens) and no other secondary employment are required.

Super Flexible Working Hours:

The activity is possible in our telephone studio or nationwide from home during the following times:

• Mon-Fri between 3:45 PM - 8:45 PM
• Sat-Sun between 10:15 AM - 3:15 PM

You can choose your working hours within the above-mentioned periods. 6-9 working hours per week are desirable. A work assignment should last at least 3 hours at a time.

In-depth Training and Coaching:

You will receive further information, training, and practical application opportunities during the application process to become proficient in professional telephony. In your later work practice, our supervisors will give you feedback on your talents in telephone work and in dealing with conversation partners.
