Call Center Agent / Telephone Customer Advisor (m/w/d)

We are looking for you to fill a position as „Call Center Agent / Telefonischer Kundenberater (m/w/d)“ on behalf of our client in the center of Munich.

Tasks

• As Call Center Agent / Telefonischer Kundenberater (m/w/d), you will take over telephone and written contact with new and existing customers.
• You will recognize customer needs, present products or services purposefully, and close conversations result-oriented.
• You will document conversation flows, sales closures, and customer information structured in the system.
• In addition, you will actively foster customer relationships by being the first point of contact with advice and support.

Qualification

• If possible, you have a completed commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/w/d) or a comparable training.
• You already have experience as a call center agent (m/w/d), telephone operator (m/w/d), employee in dialogue marketing (m/w/d), telephone customer advisor (m/w/d), or in a comparable position.
• Your team spirit, friendly nature, and excellent service orientation set you apart.
• You feel comfortable using MS-Office.
• Very good German language skills complete your profile.
