Call Center Agent (m/w/d) Technischer Support Mobilfunkbereich

We are looking for an experienced developer who loves communication with other people, is technically versed and has a genuine sales talent? Then we're looking for you to join us on February 2nd, 2026 in full-time or part-time as Call Center Agent (m/w/d) for the Dessau location in the technical customer service of a leading German telecommunications company.

Working hours: Mo - So between 07:00 - 22:00 Uhr

Salary: Fixed salary €2,409.33/month (based on 40 hours/week) + Performance bonus + Home-Office allowance €30/month + Allowances

Tasks

• Processing of technical inquiries in the mobile phone area
• Suggesting additional or supplementary products, tailored to current products
• Maintenance of our customer database
• Competent consulting for creating an exceptional customer experience

Qualification

• Sales-oriented, but also technically versed
• Non-traditional entrant or ideally already experienced in customer service
• Willingness to work shifts
• Fluent German in writing and speaking (C2 level)
• Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
• Pleasure in communication and telephony
• Calmness in stressful situations

Requirements for your work in home office:

• Broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable)
• Internet connection with at least 16 Mbit/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream
