Call Center Agent (m/w/d)

We are looking for you as a Call Center Agent (m/w/d) on behalf of our client in Munich at the earliest possible time.

Tasks

• As a Call Center Agent (m/w/d), you will process incoming customer inquiries via email and phone.
• In addition, you will check, assign, and forward requests to your area of responsibility.
• You will actively promote customer relationships by being the first point of contact with advice and support.
• You will also maintain and record customer data in the system.

Qualification

• If desired, you have already gained experience as a call center agent (m/w/d), telephone operator (m/w/d), or employee in dialogue marketing (m/w/d).
• Alternatively, we welcome lateral entrants (m/w/d) from the hotel industry or gastronomy.
• Your team spirit, friendly nature, and excellent service orientation set you apart.
• You feel comfortable using MS-Office.
• Very good German language skills complete your profile.
