We are looking for an experienced developer who loves communication with other people and is helpful and friendly? Then we're looking for you as Call Center Agent (m/w/d) for Foundever®! Offer customers of a leading German telecommunications company an excellent customer service in the technical support area.

Start: 02.02.2026 | Location: Dessau-Roßlau or Home Office | Wochenstunden: 30 - 40 h

Arbeitszeiten: Mo - Fr between 07:30 - 21:00 Uhr, Sa between 09:00 - 19:30 Uhr, So between 09:00 - 20:00 Uhr

Gehalt: Fixed salary 2.409,33 €/Month (at 40h/Week) + Performance bonus + Home-Office-Pauschale 30 €/Month + Allowances

Aufgaben

• Bearbeitung von kaufmännischen Anfragen im Bereich Festnetz
• Verwaltung und Pflege von Kundendaten
• Effiziente Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen
• Organisation von Hardware-Retouren

Qualifikation

• Verkaufsaffinität, aber auch technisch versiert
• Quereinsteiger or ideally already experience in customer service
• Bereitschaft in Schichten zu arbeiten
• Fließend Deutsch in Wort und Schrift (C2-Level)
• Very good PC and Microsoft Office skills
• Enjoyment of communication and telephony
• Clearing of accounting matters
• Support for bookkeeping
• Suggestion of additional or supplementary products, matching the current products
