We are looking for you to work for one of our well-known customers from the telecommunications services sector in Bremen on a part-time or full-time basis to win back existing customers and conclude new contracts in the area of telecommunication.

Your tasks as Call Center Agent (m/w/d) in Bremen: Competent handling of all incoming customer inquiries in the Mobilfunk area with the goal of customer retention

Active consulting on our products, prices, and tariffs

Self-contained processing of complaints and grievances

Use of all functions of our special EDV systems for customer care

Your qualification as Call Center Agent (m/w/d): Good communication skills and a confident demeanor

Flexibility in working hours, including shift and weekend work

Outstanding service orientation and a high sense of quality

Fundamental PC knowledge and interest in products in the telecommunications sector
