Your tasks as Telephone Agent (m/w/d): Answering incoming calls
Taking customer requests and forwarding them to the corresponding departments
Executing simple administrative tasks during quiet periods
Your qualification as Telephone Agent (m/w/d): Commercial education
Pleasantly seen: Good knowledge of Movex- and CIS applications
Good German skills
Fundamental good IT user skills
At least 2 years of professional experience
