To strengthen our sales team of almost 40 sales representatives from various fields, we are looking for you full-time as:

Call Center Agent - Credit Insurance in Home Office (m/f/d)

This is what your team looks like:

Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on credit insurance after loan closing. You will take into account the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through high service orientation. Here you can expect an open culture with flat hierarchies, a strong team, and enough space to contribute yourself.

This is what you'll do with us

• When it comes to insuring the brokered installment loans, you are an expert for our customers and will advise them by phone on the corresponding insurance products
• You will determine the individual needs of your customers and support them with tailor-made solutions using our internal systems
• You will take into account the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through high service orientation
• This is not cold calling - all your customers are looking forward to your telephone consultation
• With our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient workday

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, sales, or telesales)
• You are service-oriented and have a great passion for loans
• You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone
• You are characterized by high reliability and a committed work ethic
• You are eager to develop further, bring a lot of motivation, and want to get started with us
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
