Call Center Agent - Credit Insurance in Home Office (m/f/d)

This is what your team looks like:

Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on the topic of credit insurance after the loan has been granted. You will consider the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service orientation. This is what you will do with us

• When it comes to insuring the brokered installment loans, you are the expert for our customers and will advise them by phone on the corresponding insurance products
• You will determine the individual needs of your customers and support them with tailored solutions using our internal systems
• In doing so, you will consider the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through strong service orientation
• This is not cold calling – all your customers are looking forward to your telephone consultation
• With our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, sales, or telesales)
• You are service-oriented and have a great passion for loans
• You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone
• You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated work ethic
• You are eager to develop further, bring a lot of motivation, and want to get started with us
• You ideally have completed commercial training
