Outbound:
Active contact establishment to potential or existing customers to schedule appointments, present products, or collect feedback
General customer care and maintenance of customer data


Your qualification: Friendly and professional demeanor
Good communication skills
Teamwork and reliability
Experience in a call center is advantageous but not necessary
Flexibility and motivation
