Job Description

You will be responsible for managing a profit center in compliance with the company's strategy and in liaison with a Sales Manager. Your mission will be to manage a team and support them daily with your know-how and interpersonal skills, and you will be responsible for supporting them in their skill development, while respecting the company's values and brand image.

You will be responsible for the atmosphere of your store by creating a motivating environment conducive to professional fulfillment.

With a background in commercial management, you have gained initial experience in store management and team management. Rigorous, organized, with a sense of priorities, you possess excellent interpersonal skills and a strong product sensitivity. You demonstrate a genuine results-oriented commercial temperament, combined with a strong sense of customer service.

With an excellent presentation, you are charismatic and familiar with the luxury sector.
