Koopmans Aannemers- en Transportbedrijf is a company that has been active since 1945 in ground work, sewerage, drainage, paving, and landscaping. We also carry out small-scale demolition work. We work for both (construction) companies, governments, and individuals. Quality, reliability, and a no-nonsense mentality are our top priorities.

To expand our team, we are looking for a part-time calculator/work preparer who will support us.

What will you do?

As a calculator/work preparer, you will play a crucial role in making estimates/offers and preparing our projects. Your tasks will include:

• Requesting and analyzing tenders from suppliers and subcontractors;

• Preparing calculations and estimates;

• Making plans and work preparations;

• Supporting tenders and preparing project documentation;

• Maintaining contact with clients, suppliers, and the execution team;

What do we ask?

• Experience in a comparable function within the GWW- and Construction sector is a plus;

• Knowledge of both STABU specifications and/or GWW systematics is a strong plus;

• Familiarity with Excel and/or AutoCAD is a plus;

• Knowledge of ground work, sewerage, paving, and/or drainage is a strong plus;

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level (in the direction of civil engineering or comparable);

• You work accurately, independently, and think in solutions;

• Availability of 16 to 24 hours per week;
