Job Description
What will you do:
• You will prepare quotes based on technical plans and complete project data from the metal sector.
• You will perform post-calculations and monitor the accuracy of invoicing for each completed project.
• You will analyze and interpret technical drawings in detail to ensure correct cost price calculations.
• You will maintain direct contact with clients for technical coordination and clarification of the requested constructions.
• You will ensure smooth communication between the client, workshop, and management so that all involved parties use the same project information.
• You will process and analyze data in Excel and ERP systems to prepare quotes, post-calculations, and reports in a structured manner.
• You will ensure that each project is financially and technically correct through consistent follow-up of calculations and costs.ProfileWhat do we ask?
• You are technically strong, with demonstrable experience or clear affinity in metalworking or construction environments.
• You have experience with calculation or cost price calculation and feel comfortable working with complex project data.
• You read and understand technical plans without difficulty and translate them accurately into concrete calculations and quotes.
• You work very accurately and are strong with numbers, allowing deviations in cost price calculation to be quickly noticed.
• You communicate clearly and professionally in client contact and carefully coordinate technical and commercial aspects with them.
• You are proficient with Excel; experience with ERP systems is an additional advantage within this role.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview of multiple ongoing projects and associated calculations.OfferWhat do we offer you?
