Calculator / Cost Expert Construction

Your role

As a calculator / cost expert, you are responsible for creating detailed cost estimates within our residential construction projects. You will accurately analyze drawings and the Program of Requirements and will prepare budgets that form the basis for the project planning. You will regularly consult with the technical developer and project leaders to discuss optimizations and you will coordinate with management on the final cost estimates. In addition, you will take an active role in sharing knowledge and guiding colleagues, thereby contributing to a strong and expert team.

• You have extensive experience as a calculator / cost expert within the construction sector, preferably with residential construction.
• You are practically oriented and known for your solution-oriented approach.
• You guide and involve colleagues in your plans and working methods.
• You are familiar with construction software and use it efficiently for your calculations.
• You are a team player who takes responsibility and keeps promises.
• You communicate clearly and have an eye for collaboration within different disciplines.
